From Idea to Creation

After that moment of inspiration, our team wanted to do more than just make a collectible — we wanted to build an experience. Every detail of MADA was crafted from scratch, from the internal motion system that makes him dance naturally, to the LED glow and reacts to voice and music.

Our engineers worked through countless prototypes to capture that perfect movement — one that feels both mechanical and human. The figure’s outfit, facial expression, and timing of every move were tuned to create a small but lifelike sense of character.

It wasn’t easy. It took months of experimenting with motors, sound synchronization, and voice systems to make the figure come alive the way we imagined. But every challenge brought us closer to something truly unique — a figure that doesn’t just stand still, but actually connects with people.
