If the return is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.
Step 3: Ship the Item Back (If Applicable)
If returning an unopened or non-defective item, send it back using a trackable shipping method. Proof or return is required (drop off receipt, label, or tracking number)
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs—we do not provide return labels. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
